[Kenwood] year of manufacture

Usually first # - 2 = last digit of year, next 2 digits the month, last
numbers sequential for the month.  So, my guess:

4-2=2 -->  1992 or 2002 (forget when the 2000 came out, but my guess is near
the year 2000 so 2002 may be correct)
August, 12th one built that month
