[Kenwood] Kenwood TS 950 SDX needs a DSP Unit!

Conrad,
I am sorry for your predicament but what do you expect people to do if no
one has a spare part? it isn't like a 950 owner is going to keep an extra
of that or canabalize his own rig. If I could wave a magic wand and make
one appear I would.
You may have to get another 950 and use yours as a parts rig but I would
start thinking about ditching the 950 for a more modern rig.
Conrad's predicament is not unique. The older Kenwoods are ticking bombs of
unobtainium chips and it is only a matter of time before they fail. Run
yours while you can but be prepared to move on. Getting a parts rig just
buys you time.
