[Kenwood] Balance a TS-430S

I asked this a while ago but since then I had a major computer crash and 
lost the information.

I asked about a Kenwood TS-430S  and balancing it between USB and LSB

When you switch between the two modes there is a obvious large pass band 
difference.

LSB is all low freqs all Bassy sounding and no Hissssss,  well no high 
tone hisss it's all bassy sounding

While on USB  it's all  High tones reall hissy all highs and no lows.

Someone here told me how to balance this out again.

In my old Drake TR-4 it was a simple trimmer cap and viola  done.  I 
hope it's something similar here.
