[Kenwood] TL-922A blowing fuse... Fixed...

I'll take that address,

I don't know if the value is the same,  but i may as well have lined up 
a possible source for caps like this. for when i delve into a old 
heathkit SB-220  that has sat in someones basement for 15 years.
