If you are using Windows,
Double click your time in the lower right of the screen,
Click the "internet time" tab,
Check the box "automatically synchronize with an internet time server",
The "server" box will contain "time.windows.com" (you can enter something
else if you like).
Your time will now be continualy updated automatically.
It has been available for a quite some time.

I am using a program called Dimension 4...corrects computer time every 15
minutes (correction interval determined by user) and works perfectly.
Typical correction is about 25 milliseconds and you can select your standard
source (NIST, USNO, etc).
There are likely other programs but I was told about this one by a WSJT user
who requires very precise RX/TX intervals.
