Hi Doug

I don't know anything about the 2000, but it sounds like you're software is somehow working "split" on the digital frequencies. Do you use SSB to transmit digital modes, or does the rig have it's own mode button for digital modes?

Maybe try a different software for digital modes to test it and see if it still does it???

Good luck, 73 Mike K9MI

Subject: [Kenwood] TS-2000 Help please

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with a TS-2000 that I can not figure out.  I have used
the radio extensively in the past with a Signalink USB interface for digital
modes and it has worked perfectly.  I took the radio to a Special Event
operation several weeks ago.  I just got around to getting it hooked up
again and I have a problem.

Running Ham Radio Deluxe I can receive and decode any mode I want.
However, when I try to transmit, the TS-2000 INSISTS on transmitting on the
Sub-receiver frequency.  I have looked through the menus several times and I
can't see anything obviously wrong.  Does anyone have a suggestion as to
what I can change to get the radio to transmit on the Main frequency?

BTW, normal CW and SSB works fine.  This is most frustrating.
