[Kenwood] TS-530S Bandswitch

Thanks Gordon, I appreciate the tip!  That did the trick!  My 530S is now 
repaired and back to normal.  As it turns out, I had two brand new plastic 
couplers in the closet.  Apparently I have been through this exercise 
before!  Amazing that I remembered where I had stashed the couplers!

I'm going to buy a couple of the brass ones from K4EAA though so that next 
time, it's a permanent fix.
