No, I don't think so.  I have the same problem here with my TS-450SAT if I 
leave the RTTY cables plugged in, or if the mic gain is turned up too high. 
It is bleeding thru somewhere and it can be annoying at times.  The '450 
doesn't have a monitor feature.  73
