[Kenwood] TS-570S - Audio in the radio speaker during TX

Hi 

 

I got a TS-570S. When I transmit I can hear myself in the radio speaker.
I connected the Radio to a dummy load and the phenomena still exist. 

 

Any idea how i can eliminate this from happening?
