[Kenwood] Distortion in Xmit Audio while running LP-Pan Adapter/PowerSDR/IF with TS-950SDX

Hi I'm Durl, ZF1DG and new to the Group,

 

Are there anyone in the group running an LP-Pan Adapter and PowerSDR/IF
Software with the TS-950SDX.  I am getting a distortion in my TX audio while
PoweSDR/IF software is running.  If I stop PowerSDR from running the
distortion in the TX audio goes away.  I'm using the LCU-3K cable to connect
the computer thru the serial port to the 950SDX ACC1 Jack.  I know the
problem is not with the LP-Pan Adapter as I disconnected it from the SDX and
the distortion is still there.

 

I did a test with LP-Pan/PowerSDR/IF with my TS-850S and there is no TX
audio distortion while PowerSDR is running.   

Has anyone ran into this problem while running PSDR with the 950SDX?  If so,
what is out of whack in the 950SDX that is causing this problem, and how did
you solve it?  Thank you.
