[Kenwood] TM-V71a receiver audio problem

I did open the radio and could not find any problems and I had another ham 
look at it too and he didn't see any problems either.

I'd at least open it up and inspect for broken wires, cracked solder
joints, before asking or paying someone else to try to fix it.
