[Kenwood] Distortion in Xmit Audio of TS-950SDX when HRD or PowerSDR/IF Software is running

I thought I had posted this before, but I don't see it anywhere in the
Archives,

so I'm reposting.

 

Has anyone with a TS-950SDX run into the problem of Distortion on the Xmit
Audio while 

running Ham Radio Deluxe or PowerSDR/IF Software.  In my case if I stop HRD
or PSRD

from running the distortion goes away.  If I disconnect the LCU-3K cable
which connects

between the 950SDX and the Computer the distortion also disappears.  I have
added

Ferrites to both ends of the cable, also added .01 MFD Caps to the cable but
neither has

helped.  

 

If anyone has had this problem and has gotten it resloved I would appreciate
you sharing

the information with me.  Thank you.
