Picked up a ts-480, can not get the IF shift knob to do its thing,twist the if shift and the frequency goes up and down,depending which way you turn,does not move the signal thru the pass band. I must have somethin set wrong I have gone thru the manual,can't pick it out. Brain fart ,most likely anybody help? thanks dale wt4t
