[Kenwood] TS930SAT SSB output

I recently bought a 5M serial number TS930.  It was bounced in transit and I had to reattach the auto antenna tuner connection.

 

During a more complete check-out, I found the unit working om CW (tunes
and provides RF output) but SSB does not work.  I verified the mic and
adjusted the mic input all the way to the top (still no output).

 

I'd appreciate any advice.
