[Kenwood] Plastic tools

Excellent. I didn't even think of something like that! Is there a
different way to neutralize the tubes other than what the manual says?
I don't have a RF voltmeter and I don't have another receiver to use
either. I've got a multimeter and an SWR/power meter along with a dry
dummy load.
