[Kenwood] TS850 and AL-1200

Same as for TS-440 (and others).  I don't know where the plans on the one I
build years ago for my -440 is and now use on -850.  $15-25 on eBay now.

I just picked up an AL-1200 to go with my 850 and would like to know if
anyone has made a cable for the relay and ALC controls. I can get the
cable(x42-1110-10) from Pac Parts but I would to save a few buck and do it
myself.
