[Kenwood] TS950SDX fan and no output

Something is not working correctly with the temperature protection circuits.

 From the 950SDX Service Manual:

If the final heat sink temperature rises to approximately 50 C, temperature 
switch S1 of the final unit turns on....and the fan motor starts running at low 
speed.

If the ... temperature rises to ... 70 C, S2 turns on...and the fan motor runs 
at high speed.

If the ... temperature rises to 90 C, S3 turns on, TXI is grounded, and 
transmission is disabled.

 From experience, I know that once any of these temperature sensors turns on, it 
takes a very long (> 1 hour) cool-down for them to turn off.
