[Kenwood] ALC/IC meter

Hello. I am having trouble with the ALC/IC meter function on my TS 120s. The S meter works fine, but I can't get it to operate on transmit.

Looking for suggestions. I have heard that the TS 120s is known for this happening. I have cleaned the switch to no avail.
