[Kenwood] Using TS870SAT with Collins 30L-1

The 450 WILL key a 120v amp. The relay is rated 400ma @ 125VAC  or 3A @ 
30VDC. The 870 uses the same relay. The fly in the ointment is the bypass 
caps used on the 870, only rated 50v and will short with the 120v line. The 
570 has the same setup, 50v caps. The 450 doesn't have bypass caps but has a 
cap from Pin 2 to Pin 4 rated at 500v.

In short the 570/870 needs an interface for the 120v amps. The 450 doesn't.
