[Kenwood] T-599D R-599D Interconnect Cable Issue

I just pulled the schematics for both the receiver and transmitter. The
pin 7 to 16 jumper connection will give you the cold side return for the
receiver relay. Let's all make a drawing for the cable and put it with
the transmitter docs. I guess Kenwood tried to save some ink by not
including that info.
