[Kenwood] 3SK22 replaced by NTE222 Question ???

Not uncommon with NTE replacements. I would also suggest finding a
metallic heat sink to slip over the metal body of the transistor. Helps
to dissipate some the heat generated in the transistor and helps prolong
it's life.
