[Kenwood] IF-232C Interface

Hi Cliff and the group,

    I have followed this list and all the postings for several years and
have learned many pointers about my TS-850SAT that have helped me keep it
the centerpiece of my modest station. I am having problems now trying to
computer control the rig. I don't know if the problem is with the IF-232C
interface or the rig. Does anyone have a couple of pointers that you could
post that would simplify troubleshooting and resolving where the problem
might be? I have been up until last week able to control my rig using the
interface, din cable and HRD software. Then all of a sudden it just quit
recognizing the radio any more.
    I have a scope and a logic probe so if I knew what to look for in the
way of signals on the ACC1 connector and the rig end of the din cable pins,
I might be able to make some sense of it all and get it working once again.
Any help would be certainly appreciated.
