[Kenwood] TS-570 dead

A colleague inadvertantly connected our club's TS-570 with the wrong
power polarity (the fault could have been there before this but I'm
suspecting this was the cause) . The rig now appears short circuit (ie
the external PSU is folding down to v low V and 30A output).

The rig wasn't switched on at the time but I'm assuming it is a soft
start so the reverse polarity has destroyed something in the rigs
power or control circuitry.

Any thoughts?
