I just recently had a dispute with PP and to my delight they refunded my Payment in full as well as denied the unscrupulous seller's appeals. Of course then I had to go to E bay and have a no pay strike removed from my account because of this BOZO. But as soon as E bay saw its sister company refunded my payment and denied his appeals they closed his complaint and removed the strike. I never got a thank you , sorry for your inconvenience, coupon, KMA or anything else. I would just say. Buyers Beware when dealing on E bay and paying with PP. Keep all of your e mails and check regular to see the status of your claim or dispute because E bay and or PP don't get around to sending notices as quick as they should. Just my nickels worth.
