[Kenwood] SM-220 issue had died via Paypal

I have had both good and bad experience with e bay and pay pal. It seems to run at someone's whim at the time.

I was taken in by a less than reputable seller (first timer) who had a lot 
of excuses why he didn't ship the MFJ analyzer I had won at too good to be 
true price. He kept wanting to refund my payment. I wanted the analyzer. I 
complained to pay pal. I got my payment refunded immediately AND (drum roll) 
Paypal gave me a coupon for a rather large sum of $$$ as an apology for my 
bad experience. I bought a big chunk of a new analyzer with the coupon. 
Paypal bad? I don't think so.
