[Kenwood] TS-940 Sub Display

When replacing with LEDs, file the lens off the end
(and re-polish) to increase the dispersion angle.  I
got that tip from a friend who runs the service shop
of a local pro audio company.

When using incandescent lamps, limiting the inrush
current will extend lamp life.  An LM317L arranged as
a current regulator will handle up to 100mA (most GOW
lamps are < 50mA). A 317 will drop about 1.21V, so you
may want to use lamps w/ a somewhat lower voltage than
