[Kenwood] TS850 TX-noise

Hi all! 
I have a TS850SAT which I use as IF to 2-meters. But after complaints, I have measured at the transmitter and see that it gives an almost 3 MHz wide noise that is nearly 20dB up. This increases and decreases with the power knob. 
The TX-dynamics are measured to 74dB, a little low, I think. And my neighbors do not like this. The receiver works well and is not sensitive to splatter. 
Have replaced all the decoupling capacitor at CAR / IF / RF and also made the usual changes in the NB and ALC. 
Is there anyone here who can help me with where to find the noise source?
