[Kenwood] Kenwood TS-940S NB

Anyone know how to adjust the noise blanker on a 940? I have one 940 that the NB works just fine & the 2nd one it doesn't do anything. As a rule I wouldn't care but we bought a Plasma Tv a while back & found they emit RF like crazy but the 940's NB does block it out & on 80 meters where it's the worse the NB & notch filter can take care of the RF interference so you can see why I need the filter to work. I see in the service manual it makes a comment about L8 & adjust till noise is gone but I'm not clear on this info.  Thanks Rick WBØGZR
