[Kenwood] re use of 10 meters on TL-922A

That's why I made the post after Gary's post this morning.

I noticed it yesterday.  That is why I posted to Joe - "direct" - so as 
to (so much for hope!), "try" to keep it flying low under the radar.

That is also the "probable" reason that Fern sent the HTML version to 
Gary, even though it was probably in poor taste!

I surmise that QTH.NET had some messages stuck in the queue, and finally 
coughed them out.  The new QTH.NET "owner" has a large number of lists 
to deal with.  He also is the Moderator for this list, as well as a 
large number of the total
