[Kenwood] re use of 10 meters on TL-922A

Purportedly, "shouting" is denoted by ALL Upper Case letters.

He is NOT shouting.

I am one whom pointed out that that Fern is a ham, and has been posting 
to "many" of the lists.

Those that are grousing that "Fern" didn't post it properly, are ALL 
doing just what he is being accused of - Posting with NO callsign!

I indeed sent my comments direct to Ken and Joe.

I also took the discussion to Fern direct.  A "single" message returned 
the info that his "friend" was communicating with Fern on 160mtrs.  I 
didn't ask for his friends callsign - why? - how many CB types can and 
will go on 160 and communicate with a known ham?

The is entirely too much self righteousness indignation and posting.

Gary - I have no idea "how" you call his post "shouting".
