[Kenwood] re use of 10 meters on TL-922A

A couple of weeks ago I responded to a nearly identical post by Fern. I 
said that it seemed like the 10 Meter disable was performing it's 
intended function, also based on the lack a callsign in Fern's post. 
Fern, perhaps you might take the hint, and include your callsign in your 
initial postings, particularly when you are asking for information that 
is often requested by non-hams who want to use ham amplifiers for 
non-ham purposes.
