I have a ts 850 that displays dots and sends UL to the speaker in cw. No receive or transmit. I got the CAR unit to lock bu no transmit or receive. just the air hiss on am and fm. I think its the CAR UNIT. I don't have the equipment to lift the ic chips off the board so I was wondering if I can buy the board somware.
