[Kenwood] Noisy fan?

I had sent Peter an email as well.  Curious about the installation.

I found the NF-R8 fan at amazon for $47.99.  I didn't check for prices
elsewhere.

Thank you for that!
I have tried just about every other fan there is trying to find a suitable
replacement for the old Panaflo design.
Most often, even if the specs said the replacement fan was quieter, that was
not so.
I have not found a quieter fan then the Panaflo to date, thus I have
accumulated allot of spares.
Could you please give us a first hand, detailed report on how you like the
NF-R8 in comparison to the Panaflo in your various equipment?
Real Experience is most always better then reading Specifications!
