I have replaced all Panaflo FBK-08A12H fans in my PS-53, TS850SAT and TS950SDX with the NF-R8 by Noctua. The original fans are difficult to find in Europe, and the NF-R8 is a much quieter fan (17 dB (A)) with a 53 m3/h airflow. You will enjoy the silence in your shack.
