[Kenwood] Problem TS940S

I put this out once before. My TS 940S will intermittantly get garbled with the rx and tx. It doesnt happen all the time. It comes and goes. Both RX and TX gets really garbled. Kenwood East has had this radio for 3 weeks and have give up. Any siggestions?
