[Kenwood] Need any help to find LFB01 diode for kenwood ts850

Hi all,
A few yeards ago, I had a problem with my kenwood 850, no rx, so I change
the diode D31 ( RLS135 ) on the RF unit X44-3120-00. 
Since it works good but recently I see some problem with low receive
sensibility. My 850 is a first generation and I'd like to make this

For this, I need some LFB01 's diode and I have any big problem to find
them.
Maybe someone have a nice address or some to sold ?
