Fans usually have the direction of airflow stamped on them. If not, just
apply power and find out for yourself. For best cooling efficiency, the air
should flow from the inside ( hotter air, higher pressure ) to the outside (
cooler air, lower pressure ). Make sure that all air vents are clean and
unobstructed.
