[Kenwood] TS850 and SB200

With all the chatter about the keying of the SB200 by a solid state 
Transceiver, I find it hard to believe that I haven't seen the 
information to point the user to Harbach's site to buy and install the 
soft key add on.  Maybe I missed that info.  I have used Harbach soft 
key on my SB220 and SB200's with excellent results.
