[Kenwood] Ham Radio Deluxe

My PC is running XP Pro.  I have downloaded Ham Radio Deluxe and have tried
to install a number of times.

Every single time I try to install, It will initially start the setup
routine and then suddenly stop, give me an error;

Feature Transfer Error:
Feature: Disk<1>
Component: c:\programs files\installshield installation
information\{4DF979D5-464C-4926-AF73-54C1C219F06A}\
Error: Access is denied.


The only option is to select O.K. and then the installation stops.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
