A wiring diagram for the 4 pin connector can be found here:

You may be able tto tie PTT and Mic ground together.

I have an Electrovoice EV638 with 3 wires. Any suggestions on how to
wire it to a standard Kenwood 4 pin microphone plug, such as one would
encounter on an MC-50 microphone?
