[Kenwood] Help with TS 450 auto Tuner help

Hello have a TS 450 with the ATU 450 tuner


I have two issues.  

 

Summary

 

Radio 1 with Tuner 1   Rig does not recognize tuner at all

 

Radio 2 with Tuner 2  Rig recognizes and tunes properly

 

Radio 1 with Tuner 2   Rig does not recognize

 

Radio 2 with Tuner 1  Rig recognizes tuner and things turn but tuner falls
short of tuning a perfect SWR.

 

Seems like the gears are tight on it.  

 

Any tips appreciated
