[Kenwood] TS-940 Help

Hello Kenwood People, hope some1 can help.
I noticed my TS-940sat for our motorhome was off after I turned it on. Tried 
to turn it back on but the only way it would is to half push the timer 
button in & or kept playing with the timer button till it stays on. I had a guy tell me 
awhile back this happen to him but can't remember how he said he fixed it? 
(still looking for a 940 antenna tuner relay for this same rig) I'll even buy the whole tuner that might not be working in hopes that the relay might work. Has any1 one fixed the relay by spraying relay cleaner in one? Thanks Guys Rick
