Hello all Kenwood fans. I have two 940's, one for the house & one for my motorhome that is not used a lot. I just noticed the one in my RV will receive upper & lower SSB at the same time. No matter what band I'm on I can flip to either SSB & still hear the same QSO. I don't know how long it has been doing this since I just automatic change to USB or LSB when I change bands. Has anyone had this happen & or could this be a bad SSB filter or is there an adjustment for this in the 940, am I TX'ing in both sidebands or just RX? Also will the balance adjustments on the bottom of the radio correct this problem? I know I'm getting to be an old ham but I can't pin this one down. I'm wondering if I've been splitting my radio power into a double SSB when I transmit. Rick WBØGZR
PS: I'd like to thank WB7ACV John for having the power button I needed.
