[Kenwood] TM-733 backlight

Could be the grain of wheat bulbs. This happened to me.

My TM-733 backlight quit working.  Everything else seems to work okay.  
When this happened before I removed the faceplate, cleaned the contacts, 
and it worked again for a while.  But cleaning didn't help this time.  
Has anyone else had this problem or heard of a solution?
