Hi Les,

The plug you need is an Amphenol/WPI #86-CP9.  The hood that fits it is #86-3-13 (grommet, no strain relief) or #86-3-24 (strain relief, no grommet).  Give Leeds Radio a try: http://www.leedselect.com/parts-connectors.html for the connector, and Triode Electronics (http://store.triodestore.com/amphenol.html) for the hood.
