[Kenwood] TS-940S Won't Power Up

Sheesh, 3 days ago I worked the guys on Marquesas Island.  Today, I hit the 
power button on the TS-940S and nothing happens. No lights, no clicks, no 
nothing.  I think I have read a thread here about some things to check.  Can 
someone repeat the suggestions please?

I checked the rear fuse (good), checked the fuse on the PS board (below the 
top cover) (good) and checked for 120 VAC into the radio by measuring the 
lugs inside the chassis (good).

Would love to hear next things to check.  Otherwise, I will dig out the 
schematics on the weekend.
