[Kenwood] Knob wanted

Peter's weighted knob idea is worth pursuing. I'd performed a similar modification to the tuning knob on a Collins 75S-1 receiver I owned about 30 years ago.The Collins weighted knob back then was ridiculously expensive (about $150, I think). And those were yesteryear's dollars!  :-) 
   
  Speaking of that reminds me: Somewhere out there is a Collins 32S-1 I modified to a 32S-3, primarily for CW work. I wonder what ever happened to it...
