It's not a fixed level generator. It is a harmonic generator and as such
each band is different, usually lower the higher the frequency.
As a rule of thumb a properly operating 830 and calibrator will show about
S9 on 20m. Other bands will vary.

I'm looking for info to tell me what the fixed microvolt output level is
for the built-in calibrator on a TS-830S.
I've seen a past reference that said it is 50uV but would appreciate
verification of that or it's actual value.
Any suggestions as to where to look (or how to measure it) would be
