[Kenwood] Using a panadaptor with a Kenwood Hybrid

I was able to successfully mate my Kenwood 599D receiver to the SB-620
because it was relatively "easy" to modify the 620 IF input to match the
599D receiver first IF input. The 620 will work up to about 4 MHz by
modifying several coils and changing some capacitors. Not so easy with
the 830 since the First IF is at 8.xx MHz. Probably the least aggravating
way would be to design an outboard mixer that matches the 830 first IF
down to whatever IF you have now in the 620. Lots of mixer type circuits
in the ARRL Handbook and other sources.
