I purchased a 710 and I am trying to set up the APRS feature. I am having trouble getting an outgoing packet. The radio seems to be on receive (Busy) all of the time. I purchased a Deluo GPS receiver with the Kenwood adapter. The receiver is NMEA 0183. All settings in the radio seem to be correct. HELP Carl Fredlin KG6VCH M: 310-874-9000
